The Blazin Grill Concession was established by Hope and Arthur Grenier in the summer of 2001. We started our operation as a small endeavor by setting up in Charlestown, NH along Main Street during the week. As we became known, we increased our business to weekend fairs, festivals, old home days and other special events such as birthdays and graduation parties. We became licensed in both New Hampshire and Vermont and did 30-40 events throughout the spring and summer. Some of them are popular events include Bellows Falls Old Home Days, Winchester Pickle Festival, The Brandon Blue grass Festival, Pemi Valley Bluegrass Festival, Newport Apple Pie Craft Fair, Motorcycle Swap Meets and other events held at the Cheshire Fairgrounds, The VW Car Show at Hopkinton Fairgrounds, Springfield 4th of July Fireworks, and the list goes on. When Dennis Fleury took over the Twin State Speedway we heard that he was looking for someone to take over the food concessions. We jumped at the opportunity and went to talk to him. Of course, Dennis had not heard of us,  but he gave us a chance, and we took over the pit concession in 2003. With great success and a wide variety on the menu, after two years of hard work in the pit concession, we also acquired the grandstand concession over the past two years. We also offer chicken BBQ or spare rib dinners in the VIP Tent area.  We are also cater the new Mudbogs! We have expanded to include pig roasts for special events such as graduations, weddings or any kind of backyard party.
